Relaxation 

A common theme I’ve heard this week is that people are just tired. Longing for the weekend to relax!  Our Michigan weather hasn’t helped. 85 and sunny one day, then 62 and cloudy the next. I know on the cloudy days I want to sleep all day. 

While sleep is always good, to me anyway, a Reiki treatment is another excellent option. Reiki assists in reducing stress and promotes relaxation. Many of my clients relax so much, they nap during the treatment.

Before I begin a treatment, I complete an intake form to have my client identify any pain points and anxiety, rating each on a scale from one to ten. This helps us identify the areas we want to work on. My treatments are 30-60 minutes. After completing the treatment I ask them to rate their pain points and anxiety again. The majority rate lower levels of both pain and anxiety. They feel very relaxed and rejuvenated.
