We are in the holiday season now, which is typically a time for reflection, giving thanks, forgiving and loving yourself a little more. In addition to my morning yoga, I started practicing self reiki daily. This self care routine has helped me with my anxiety and stress.
Reiki gives me a chance to relax and be in the moment. To feel my feelings. So many thoughts pop in and out of my mind, I use that opportunity to breathe, give thanks for the memories and release them. I have really been releasing a lot of anger too. Which is definitely a blessing. There is no need to carry all of that everyday.
