Gratitude

Today I am grateful for my health, my daughters and their health, as well as the health and well-being of the rest of my family.

So often we rush from one thing to the other, and we don’t take the time to stop and give thanks. We accomplish so much in a single day that our expectations are high. While there isn’t necessarily anything wrong with that, it is lovely to pause and be content for a minute, honoring yourself for even a small success. I believe from there, you will be blessed with so many more things to give thanks for.

Now let’s inhale and exhale, give yourself an inner hug, then sit in that moment of self love, appreciation and gratitude. It feels good, and gets even better with daily practice.
