Today I allowed myself to be the new version of me that I am creating. A less judgement, more compassionate, and an allowing me. It felt great! I focused on my stuff and was able to maintain that awareness despite what was happening around me.
It was easier than I thought it would be. I woke up ready for the challenge and started with my yoga and meditation practice. Nothing too long, but very powerful, especially the breath work. I felt grounded and centered.
Throughout my day when I felt an old pattern come into focus, I changed it. I really had to be mindful of my thoughts. Thankfully, I was successful today. I want to cultivate positivity around me and that starts with how I focus my energy. As I practice this shift, it will take a deliberate focus. But the rewards are so worth it.
Our world is creating a new version of itself through awareness and mindfulness. We can do this! Let positive changes and thought fill your mind, body and soul. It will heal you in amazing ways. Unconditional love, gratitude and forgiveness are key. Remember, start with your inner hug.
