Adjusting with Reiki

I’ve found that sometimes I need reiki once a month, once a week and even once a day. Right now I’m in the once a day phase. For me that means a big change is coming, and I need to keep myself in balance as it happens.

I am so thankful for the preparation and I’m excited about the change. My journey has not been an easy one. So I have learned that even if something is uncomfortable or unpleasant, it will work out for the good, in the right way and right time.

I’ve learned to love myself a little more during this time too. I have to be patient, and prayerful. Starting with gratitude also helps because by giving thanks for what is coming allows me to have the mind space to welcome it.

Thank you for reading my blog. I hope that if you haven’t already tried reiki, you will. It has changed my life in so many positive ways. I would also like to recommend yoga, a prayer journal, meditation or even positive imagery. These are all tools I’ve used to help release fear and anxiety and allow room for love and hope.

The light in me honors the light in you.
