Faith in the face of discomfort

It’s a very challenging time right now. So much is changing, while we are also seeing that so much hasn’t changed. People are fighting for the right to get a deadly virus. And others are fighting for the right to preserve their health by wearing a mask. In addition many are wondering how to manage finances and navigate within companies that are layoff and piling on more work to those left with a job.

It is causing me to feel my emotions, mostly anxiety. Which is encouraging (ok mandating) that I stay centered and grounded.

I have two daughters that are searching for internships and full time employment. And while I’ve mentioned my anxiety, I have to mention the faith I have in knowing what is for them will be at the perfect time. All we can do is our best, whatever that best is.

My heart is filled with love and I’m honoring this muscle building time for us to restructure our doubts into faith and courage, allowing us to honor ourselves and others. I do believe that just as the sun rises and sets, the more we go with the flow holding onto our faith, and focusing on a higher vibration of love, that all is well, all will be well.

So I’m taking time today to release my worries in to the ever flowing waters of pure love, while meditating on the power of the sun, that creates a wonderful balance within me no matter what emotions come up. The Essence of Truth is within me and I am within the Essence of Truth, always! I’d like to encourage you to do the same.

Thank you for reading my blog. The light in me honors the light in you.

Namaste 🙏🏽
