Allowing love to flow

Unconditional love dwells deep within my being. When I practice my yoga I do my best to breathe from my heart center to feel that love. So often I’m in my head and thinking about the past or future. Yoga allows me the space to be present. Deep inhalations and exhalations release the tension and help me to ground into myself and align my body with my higher self. Balance is my desired outcome.

My higher self leads me from pose to pose, breath by breath. I find a calmness and peace. The inner love! I feel the sequence in my heart and move accordingly. It is so fulfilling. I try to write out my sequences, but so often, it just flows out of me, that I find it a challenge to write out the sequence. My body is directing me to what it needs. That is the ultimate self love.

Reiki just adds to my practice. The energy flows into spaces that may feel blocked or challenged. I feel calm as the energy flows through me. Offering a space for healing and awareness that is indescribable.

These two practices together helps me find and maintain my balance. Inner balance is what is needed by me and others.
